Founded in 1856, Tockwotton Home is a non-profit Assisted Living Residence and Nursing Home. Our Home boasts lovely common spaces, an outdoor garden, and gorgeous Harbor views. The Assisted Living Residence serves up to 30 residents who each enjoy a beautiful apartment and an individualized service plan provided by caring, friendly staff members. Our Nursing Home serves 42 residents and provides top-notch skilled nursing services, within a homey environment. In fact, we have received an overall 5 star rating according to Medicare.gov, have won customer satisfaction and workforce satisfaction on the My InnerView survey, and have scored a perfect survey with Medicare and Medicaid. These are all testaments to the excellent care provided to each and every resident.
